Why root?
If you don't already know, you can check these articles:

Requirements:
- SD Card, insertable to device.
- Special root file (download here).
- Backup everything before proceeding! (I will not be responsible for any event of failure).
Steps:
- Download special root file, if not yet.
- Place the file into the root folder of the SD card (DO NOT extract file, leave it in '.zip' format as it is). [Root folder means the top most directory, it must not be inside a folder.]
- Turn off your M80e with the SD card already inside the device.
- While off, press and hold the "Volume Up" then the "Sleep/Power" buttons respectively until the boot logo appears, then release and wait.
- A boot menu will appear, choose "Update by EXT", navigate by using volume buttons and execute using the sleep/power button. If your device rebooted, then simply switch it off and try again.
If done correctly, your device will reboot and run the rooting process itself. You should check if your device is rooted by downloading 'Root Checker' app from the Playstore.
Cheers!
